My experience at Pegasus was FAR MORE than what I expected. My husband and I have had great disappointment with GMF in the past and the people at Pegasus fought and pulled at the deal until they got into a BRAND NEW CAR.

My wife brought in my vehicle to do the 60k mile service. I made sure that she brought it here and not the dealer just a couple miles from the house. I find the service and cleanliness of the shop in ennis to be better than the other. She also had our 3 daughters with her. When uber declined pick up so that they could go sit down and have lunch while it was being done. The dealership had a gentleman take them and pick them back up. This kind of service just reassured why I choose to do my business there. Thank you for taking care of them.

Great new facility. Friendly consultant. I was disappointed that I received a Text message upon conformation of my appointment over 1 week out that the dealership had the parts for my recall warranty repair. However when i picked up my vehicle, I was informed they did not have the part and I would have to return at a later date.

We had the best experience with Matthew our service advisor. Matthew was so professional and detailed in giving us information about the issue with our vehicle Matthew is a listener, and took action on all our concerns. We are satisfied. The truck was delivered on time and we will refer his great service again. This dealership need 10 more Matthew. We are grateful.

I was over charged for TTL. I got a check for the amout I was over chargers. Lets me know they over charged me on the truck. Also sold me a lemon and didn’t want any to take responsibility for it.

Process was not complicated by any means.

I took my vehicle in on the eighth. It was determined that a harness had been torn up as the problem. It took 7 days to receive the replacement part and it was repaired in a couple of hours. I get charged 429.00 to install a 107.00 part. Communication is everything with me and when I have to call several times for an update is troubling. Not impressed!

Leslie Martinez (excellent) to the management (Scott Mitchel) and the service department, i live 300 miles from the dealership and they treated me with more respect and loyalty than my local Chevrolet dealership ( Service Chevrolet) where i have purchased at least 5 cars and spent over 5,000 at the service department in the last 6 months. I will be back and purchase my wife’s next car from Leslie and Pegasus Chevrolet

Colin Dacy was great. He was very attentive and was able to answer all my questions and very informative in regards to the car features. He went out of his way to help me customize the features to meet my needs and walked me through installing the Ap and how to use it. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

The guys here in Ennis are the best at what they do. Professional, clear about what they are doing to your vehicle and fast and friendly. For me a service department greatly influences whether I will be a return buyer and so far they have not failed.

Had a great experience here! I brought my car because I need to get something fixed had been waiting for a month to get fixed at a different dealership. When I called about getting it fixed, I spoke to Josh and told him what was going on. I came they check out my car and called me the next day that the part had already came. I brought my car on Monday and it was ready while less than two hours. Josh took care of me and made sure that I wouldn’t be without a vehicle since it’s the only vehicle that fits my whole family. He went above and beyond for me. This will now be where I bring my car for services

Scheduling the appointment was simple and quick using the myChevrolet app. Dropping off my vehicle was just as easy, and Josh met me at my truck when I pulled in. Josh kept me up to date with the service progress and recommended upcoming service without it feeling the he was trying to sell me on additional services. I will definitely use Pegasus for all my future maintenance.

My advisor did a good job explaining how the would help my vehicle and what was needed and not needed at the time. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied.

Went for an oil change and it took 1 1/2 hours. I had an appointment also. The service writer apologized for the delay. Last time was much quicker and it included a tire rotation. Not really complaining but maybe we can do better next time. Thanks

Josh welcomed me when I drove up and kept me informed on the status of my oil change/tire rotation. He even assisted to find out if a rock chip could be fixed or not.
